We were told to get there for doors at 7 and we would be let in first. We were stood outside for around 35 mins while all of the general queue went in. Staff were generally confused and slow. The lift kept malfunctioning so we were left outside waiting. Some people who could, took the stairs just so they could sit down quicker. We were not allowed our carers in the loft with us, just 1 person and a staff member. When we got upstairs there were not enough seats for all the disabled customers so we ended up in balcony seats with very little leg room. The next day I wad in so much pain and I will not be going back there any time soon.
