between booking and attending my needs had changed, and I did not have a disabled ticket. When I arrived I went to the box office and explained my needs and it was no issue at all! the lovely lady changed where our seats where without any issues or awkward questions! Very pleased with the staff they where all very friendly and helpful and patient with me being slow to navigate around. only drawback was there was no covid safety, indoors with no ventilation or masking or testing.
