Lots of stairs, a few elevators. Most of the tickets are general admission, which means either standing on the ground floor or finding bleacher seats in the balcony. There are some seemingly reserved spaces at the edge of the balcony for people who can’t go into the bleachers. Several people in the gen ad standing area ended up having to be removed during the show because they overheated/collapsed. There were too many people crammed together. Then, when leaving, the way that lines were being formed for merch and the bathroom funneled people coming from the auditorium into very narrow spaces. It felt unsafe, like it could turn into a crush quickly. It would be very difficult for someone with a cane or in a wheelchair to navigate.
