When we arrived the staff took us straight in no queueing, gave us a brief tour of where facilities are and escorted us to the viewing platform. It was very spacious and had a good view. when buying drinks at the bar they carried them back to my seats for me which was really good. I dropped a star because merch was only available after the show and there was a big crowd to get some with pushing and that felt unsafe for me. For wheelchair users there are 2/3 steps to navigate
